Graham became interested in the sports industry at a young age. He wrote in his elementary school yearbook, “Hopefully you can turn on the TV one day and hear my voice broadcasting baseball.” He achieved that goal in 2018 when he was the play-by-play voice of the Ottawa Champions of the independent Can-Am League (to be fair, he just wrote “baseball” in his yearbook, not necessarily Major League Baseball).
Graham brings a wealth of experience within the Canadian sporting landscape to any organization, having worked with professional franchises, universities and National Sport Organizations. He has knowledge of both sides of the communications field - as a journalism student at Carleton University and a freelance writer, as well as holding various positions within media and public relations departments. This gives him a good grasp of how top-notch departments are run and how effective strategies are implemented.
His career has taken him from the poshest golf courses to the dullest boxing gyms and from the sideline of the Grey Cup to the pitcher's mound of the Olympic Stadium. By working at a vast array of events across Canada, Graham has developed a passion for Canadian sports and how they are an integral part of our nation.
Outside of his professional career, "Coach Graham" has worked with soccer players of all ages and is pursuing his National "C" Licence from the Canadian Soccer Association.
Graham is from Dorval, Que. and still owns that Winnie-the-Pooh sweater.
